 No Quarter Today
I headed to the ICAR after work to get in a ride. Once I was there I discovered that I forgot to wear my riding jersey. I didn't mind wearing a black sweatshirt, but I quit before the sun was too low as I don't like the idea of being a bike ninja! Erica came as I as about a mile into the ride. She blew her horn at me as she was headed to the parking. So I turned around to get back to the parking lot. Erica couldn't get the platforms off of her pedals so I worked on them and got them off before we started. I really pushed her hard for about 4 miles then let her set the pace for the rest of the ride. It was a pretty slow ride overall and is the shortest ride that I have had since I had the wreck on the mud and ice.
