Really felt like crap today. No warmup and no recoveries, didn't help at all.
My arms would feel "funny" when my heart rate would get over 120.
Chest pain wasn't too bad.
Then I went upstairs for my weights.
Yesterday I had two severe chest pain attacks after walking up the stairs.
