Made my way back to Paris again as the weather has improved enough to get back to work. Decided to take a long ride as it may be my last outside ride for awhile. Legs were really tired and could not develop any spin. Ended up mostly standing on upgrades and coasting on the downgrades and praying to the road gods to spare me any dog sprints as I was afraid I would be eaten. Prayers were somewhat answered as dogs were sparse. I did get tagged or rather my bike did by one fleet canine. He came up on my right and either bumped my rear wheel or perhaps he bit my tire as I felt the tug through the frame. No damage was done to me and I not sure how the dog faired as he immediately gave up the chase. Other than the dog encounters it was a long boring ride. Snow and ice are no longer visible but the grass hasn't started to green yet, although the locals tell me tomorrow is the first day of Spring here.
