Had a rather intense session on the trainer in the morning and body and legs were tapped out, so even with the relatively nice weather I didn't do any serious riding outdoors today. Got the mountain bike out and had a easy ride around the swamp. Not much happened in the way of excitement or adventure other than interfacing with the local flora & fauna which today meant scaring a few ducks and a crane and sucking up a branch in my deraillieur. Still a nice ride with little wind and not too much mud.
