I was very frustrated when I got home from work and I took it out on the bike as we hit East North to downtown to the SRT. Erica called when I was about 2 miles south of Furman but I met her about 1/2 mile south of Furman. I was just hammering the miles out. Erica wasn't able to keep up so I was detouring then running her down to burn off the frustration. I really hammered it out for the first 22 miles, then things seem to settle down and I was back to normal riding. Even though this average speed is fairly slow for serious riders, it is very fast for me.
