i headed to the ICAR to get in a ride tonight and on the way Erica called to see if I was riding. She told me that she was on the way to Furman but I was headed to the ICAR. So she met me over there and we took off for a couple of laps out there. I was more relaxed tonight but after we warmed up I felt like pushing again. We have several "out and back" offshoots at the ICAR so Erica went part way out and back while I went all the way out and back then chased her down each time. So we played a little cat and mouse with me chasing her down from various intervals. That was challenging for me and fun as well. It also forced Erica to add a little mileage to what she normally rides. She seldom rides past 14 miles but that 3 times of 20 to 26 in just over a week for her. The wind was pretty tough going to the southwest but sweet riding to the northeast. It was a good ride.
