Today I got Cis onto the Schwinn. She drove to the Cafe while I rode out. She got on the bike and we made some adjustments, then headed up the trail. We rode to the Swamp Rabbit Station and back for a total of 4 miles for Cis. We packed the bike back into the car and I rode home from there. Cis rode 4 miles on her first time out, which is one mile farther then I did on my first ride.
