Started work last night and had a pretty hard shift and haven't really adjusted to sleeping days yet. Was pretty tired but couldn't pass up riding in bright warm sunshine. Spun my way through Forney,TX down to 2757 and caught a tailwind down the hill. Felt tired with the downhill and wasn't looking forward to climbing back to town in a headwind but body actually perked up as the ride developed and felt better after the short ride than before. Sun does wonders for my system
