I planned to ride the white course yesterday but it was very windy so I waited until today. When I pulled into the parking lot there were two guys and a gal straight in that were preparing to ride and a guy and gal on the other side of the port-a-potties that were also preparing. When I finished the very same people were in the same places. It was a little windy out there but not as bad as it could be. I was passed by a couple of riders and they pulled me for about 1/2 mile then they dropped me like a rock! I averaged just over 15 mph which is a first for me. But I had to really push it in to the finish to keep it above 15 mph.
