Weather took a nasty turn last night and warm weather was blown away by a N wind. Sun came out late in the day and the temperature got up into the fifties, so I took advantage of the window to check out the local fitness trail. Not much to it yet as it is still in construction. Saw several people walking and even a few cyclists out, although they didn't appear to be the type who might enjoy the pleasures of the open road. Wind was still nasty and air was chilly. Didn't do much but log the miles today. Probably won't go on the trail again as it has a 16 MPH speed limit and has heavy foot traffic. Looks like a good place to run though.
