Cis is out of town so I didn't want to get too far away from the truck, so I drove to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and headed south on the trail. I rode about 5 miles south to Faris Road then turned back north. While going north up the trail I ran into Steve, Don, Ken, and Mark. I was just short o 10 miles when I passed the Cafe heading north. I rode to the north end of the trail and turned back south around 17.4 miles. I was chasing a young couple on a tandem going south. I caught them in Travelers Rest and stayed on them until they crossed Roe Ford and I couldn't get across. I chased them back down to just north of the Cafe. While chasing them I also ran into Kimberly who was headed north. Once at the Cafe I put the bike back and ran into JJ getting tires for the main shop from the TTR test ride center. At the Cafe I had an oatberry shortbread and a hot chocolate. Very good!!
