As nice as yesterday was today was as nasty. Didn't sleep well last night and thought it might be a result of overtraining so decided instead of riding the trainer and outside I would opt for only one today. Almost went with the trainer but just couldn't get on it and thought it is above freezing so how bad can an outdoor ride be. Bundled up and headed out on the mountain bike and thought I'd do an easy ride up the trail to Millport and coast back down 14N. Road along the barge trail before hitting the main trail and enjoyed the ride but things turned from pleasant to painful once I made the turn at the Post Office and headed back down the road into the wind. It started to sleet, the wind cut through me, and had barely enough energy to keep the legs turning. After a few miles of cold sleet, I really, really regretted not riding the trainer. Survived the day though but remained cold and felt worn out for the remainder of the day.
