Relocated to Paris, TX and started a day shift job which will limit my outside riding for awhile. Brought my Computrainer and set it up in my motel and had a strong ride inside yesterday. Got out of work with a little bit of sun left in the day so took a quick spin up Pine Mill and returned down Highway 82. Pretty flat route and kept cadence high and had a good final average for very little work. Was escorted down a couple of roads by dogs but I talked them down rather than outsprintting them. Sucks getting old. Still need to lose much more weight but feels good to have a strong ride once in awhile.
