It took me a month to ease the tendonitis in the heal of my left leg. So, now I am taking it very easy in the fear that I will re injure the tendon.
Now riding every other day for three times per week. Am avoiding the posting of miles syndrome, by posting only every five hours of bike time or so.
These rides are very short with the longest so far being some 45 minutes. That's really taking it easy. I suspect that this will pick up in March to over an hour three times per week. But, I have to go a long way before I do multiple rides for several days in a row.
We shall see.
