It has been a while since I rode last and I can ride for a short time before my upcoming hernia surgery. I started at TTR and rode to Furman and back. I was passed by a rider just past Sulphur Springs and drafted him until I turned around at Furman. I tried to get a drink from the machines there, but they don't work. The ride back was into the wind. I stopped at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and bought a Naked Berry Burst Juice for me and an oat-berry shortbread for Cis. As I approached Hudson I spotted a blue heron in the Reedy. I took some pix then finished at TTR. I went in for a drink then drove home.
