This morning's ride to work was pretty nice with the temp in the low 60's. As I was making my way through Berkley, I heard a loud comotion about a couple blocks from where I was at the time. A couple minutes later as I was making my way up Hanley Rd, I heard the comotion again, and I could see a backhoe taking out the center section of a house that was damaged the Good Friday tornado last spring. It would have made a pretty cool picture with the two ends of the house, and the backhoe & sun shining between them.
This picture was taken last May. The house behind the taller tree in the center of the picture was the one that was demolished today.
