I met Erica at Whole Foods to take an easy ride on the ICAR after work today. I let her set the pace and choose the path. My only stipulation was a minimum of 25 miles. We took a very leisurely ride around the ICAR and since I was following her or along side her I think that I told me the whole story of my dysfunctional family. Probably much more than she wanted to ever hear or know!
