In order to preserve my perfect commute month (PCM) - the first in my participation of the Commuter Cycling Century Challenge - as Jacque was coming to pick me up so we could go out to St Charles county for our small group Bible study, I told her to meet me at the QuickTrip up the street from my office. It is close enough to the office that I don't have to change into my bike clothes or get all sweaty in my work clothes, and its convienently located that she doesn't have to do any excessive driving to get there - she would pass by it to get to my office.
So my evening ride 'home' was only .31 miles, about half of which was riding through the parking lot to get to Page Ave.
PCM is still in tact!
