 Hill Again
Weather continues to be exceptionally nice for riding. Did another day of hills and spent the ride either going up or down with minimum flat sections. Started up with a poor effort on Jackson hill and turned in a better second half of the climb to Seymourville. Crossed the valley in Horseheads and headed up Murphy Hill to Chambers. Put in a solid effort but only crested with a thirteen mile an hour average. Hammered the legs over the last fourteen miles of downgrade to try to get the average up to a fifteen. Was able to get there but tore my legs up pretty good doing so. Still had a fairly good and enjoyable outing. Didn't see any other riders today. After the ride my smart computer was nice enough to inform me that I was again slacking and only maintaining an aerobic base.
