 Spring Thaw
It's been a rough couple of weeks weather wise and although we had a couple of days that were ridable, I chose to ride inside instead. We've had a couple of light snows and an ice storm over the weekend. Today started out in the twenties but the wind shifted to the south and started pumping some warm in. Now concentrating on losing weight so planned on doing a slow fat burning ride. Despite being over sixty degrees, the air still had a chill in it. Salts piles and occasional ice/snow areas were still evident. Rode around town a bit then started doing some two-mile laps with a couple of short climbs. South wind was ripping and couldn't seem to get warm so cut the ride short after a dozen miles and headed for home.
