Life and the weather have kept me off the bike for 9 days. Even though the weather isn't cooperating I really need to get miles on my legs before Don's ride to the river house in three weeks. It was in the middle 40s and the wind was howling but off I went. The ride up the trail was into the teeth of the wind and it was a slogfest. I turned around at the creamery. Going down the trail was a breeze - literally. I had to watch the speed and coast quite a bit to stay at or close to the 20 mph trail speed limit. The ride was uneventful but it was a very blustery ride.
