After work I went home, worked on laundry, did some bike maintenance, ate my afternoon snack, then headed to SCTAC to get in the 30 mile ride ahead of the big group rides. I took off into a little headwind, but it wasn't bad. I rode hard to Old Hundred Grocery where I checked my average speed and found that I was a half a mile per hour slower than last week. I was disappointed in my speed but happy with my overall ride. I guess that you don't always improve your rides and I'm cool with that. It felt like a good ride anyway. I'm afraid that due to the weather that it'll be the only ride of the week.
