Ride Description: W/Herb... Toughest ever! Left leg started to cramp, then my right hammy.
The new Mao-Mart (SportLine) HR Monitor is a piece of crap. It's showing a 122 avg, I think it starts the avg. from the time it starts getting a reading. That would be in the locker room and waiting for Herb's first class to end. My HR was never that low during the class.
I'm going to put one more than Herb's last class which was almost as tough. |
