After work I decided to head out for a ride, but when I rolled the bike out of the basement I had a flat rear tire. It was up when I parked it on Saturday so I was surprised to find it completely flat. But I got out a tire pump and after about 10 pumps the inner tube blew out. That was a real shock. I'm sure that it wasn't nearly up to pressure so I'm not sure why it blew. I ran over to the Great Escape and bought a tube and took it home and installed it. But then I was leery of using that pump again. I blew it up to a little over 40 mounds and headed out. I figured that with the temps pushing 70 and with school out that Cleveland Park would be covered up so I went to the ICAR to ride. I still feel tired from work and other stuff, but I made one loop. Then I sopped by Wal-Mart and bought another inner tube, a tire, and a pump with a gauge. Once home I properly inflated both tires.
