Don led today's Coffee ride and he wore rabbit ears on his helmet and passed out Hershey's Cookies 'n Cream Kisses to kids along the way. It was very windy and looked a little threatening so the traffic on the trail was light. That enabled Don, Kimberly, Robert, and I to set a good pace. Once in TR the Creamery and Coffee House were both closed for Easter, so we rode over to McDonalds for drinks. Since we were over there we came back in on Old Buncombe. It was spitting the entire way back from TR so I pealed off at Earle Street and cut across town to beat the rain home. I stopped at the back door and my computer read 27.00 miles and 2 hours 0 minutes and no seconds. Now that is something!
