I headed back to Cleveland Park but got an hour late start because I was doing laundry at home. The park is too crowded and hard to ride with that many people on the paths and roads. That kind of crowd slowed me down but it was still a good ride. Since I was waiting for laundry I ate before riding and I should not have done that. I am still reeling from over-eating before the ride.
