Since it is supposed to rain the rest of the week I headed to the ICAR to try to finish up my weekly 40 miles early. If the rain doesn't come through I may get in a round of disc golf and get in an extra ride. I am still struggling with leg strength riding uphill and into the wind. I don't know if I can still blame it on the colonoscopy, but I am definitely weaker.
