Ride Description: W/Betsey... Only 4 in the class tonight. After the glorious weather we had last weekend I thought I was done with Spin Classes. NOPE! It has been raining for two days straight, and they're even calling for 2 mores days of non-stop moisture. Possibly even SNOW tomorrow.
I might not keep track of Blood Pressure any more. I think BP is just random occurring numbers with little meaning. In a span of 5 minutes I got... 200/94, 165/89, 145/58, Then later I got 167/99, 154/57, 148/86. All after resting a while. It seems pointless. |
