I headed to Donaldson to try the beginners' route. The ride was enjoyable but the wide was brutal. The 24 mile ride turned out to be 18 miles so I decided to up the mileage by making a lap around Perimeter Road. The wind was the worst on the P Road. Since I was at the end of my ride I was really laboring to get around the perimeter. After the ride both knees and my thighs was very sore from fighting the wind.
