Ride Description: W/Kim... I really wasn't into it today, it was nice enough to ride outside, but Sue wanted to go. I cancelled my membership for the summer and will rejoin in the fall/winter for spin classes.
I couldn't find my HR chest band, and working out without a HR Monitor seems useless.
If it wasn't so hot in the spin room I wouldn't have broken a sweat. Didn't even breathe hard.
And Kim's shitty hyper-speed awful techno disco muzak with her singing along was almost too much to take at 7:30 in the morning. |
