I headed to the ICAR to get in a ride tonight and it was fairly uneventful. My thighs were very tired when I started - I guess from the 25 mile ride with the struggle against the wind on Friday or the 28 hours that I have worked in the last three days. The second lap was much better, but the final two found my thighs tired again. The final half mile Dennis rode along with me then when I stopped the the pickup he stopped to chat. He suggested that I get toe clips and explained why. I told him that I am thinking about getting a bike and he had some suggestions for me.
