 More Wind
Took what was intended to be a short easy ride as there is an outside chance that the weather won't be as cold as predicted and may decide to race Saturday or Sunday. South wind continues to punish me as the first seven miles of the ride was dead into it. Tried to keep the legs fresh but it didn't happen as had to push hard just to get moving. Thought I'd get a good climb out of it with the wind at my back, but that didn't happen either as my legs were empty when I arrived at the bottom. Didn't have to do much work after cresting the top of the climb and had six or seven easy miles including the fast downhill to Watkins. Had another two miles in the wind to finish off the ride. Really starting to dislike the wind and not seeing much value of riding in it.
