Ride Description: Wow! What a crazy day! I woke up with snow on the ground and went out back to work on the backyard trails. After reworking a couple sections, I came inside to refuel (OJ & Apple). After eating I went back out to work some more, by now the snow had melted. Randy and Sean came over to ride about the same time I was done working on the trails.
I got my bike out to ride with the guys and that's when the weather went bizzarro world. It snowed. The sun came out. Then it snowed/sleeted so hard we cold barely see, Wind gusts were almost 40 mph! and it got cold. Then the sun came out and got warm. The snow melted. The wind died down.
Then the clouds came back and it snowed again. The sun came out. It got warm. Snow melted again. This weather repeated this pattern all day!
The mileage wasn't Epic, but the weather was! Epic fun! Thanks for riding Randy and Sean! At least I have witnesses. No one would believe me. |
