I rode from the house out East North to the Swamp Rabbit north to Furman. The wind was ferocious out there today with the temps in the middle 80s. After passing through Furman I crossed Poinsett and headed up the mountain. It took me 20 minutes and 35 seconds to get from the bottom to the top which is 55 seconds quicker than the first time. Once down the mountain I headed through the backstreets to go home. I made a couple of wrong turns and was balancing at a stop when gust of wind blew me down! It reset my computer and locked up the front brake. I repaired the brake and rode on home. I need t check out the map again to get those backstreets straightened out.
