I can't stand it when people complain about the weather. Deal with the weather you have and make the best of it.
But... Right after the official Spring Vernal Equinox two weeks ago, we were teased with a couple of glorious, beautiful Spring weather days. Oh that was so nice.
Since then it's been Rain, cold, wind, and this weekend I woke up with snow on the ground on Saturday! (Not enough to ski on) Then it snowed again on Sunday. Geez, Today's Chicago White Sox home opener was even postponed until Tuesday when it's supposed to "warm up' to the low to mid 40's.

I made the best of it by working on the Emma Carlin trails at Kettle Morraine on Saturday, and my own trails on Saturday and Sunday. Cold weather is perfect for trail work, but I'm ready to ride.

Today I will listen to some "Spring" music (Since the Sox game was cancelled) in an effort to urge the climate gods, groundhogs, mother earth, or Storm, (the Halle Berry character in X-Men) whoever is in charge of the weather, to lighten up with the extended winter weather.

I'm ready for Spring.

Today's Spring music will be...

George Winston - Winter Into Spring.

Talk Talk - The Colour Of Spring.

Igor Stravinky - The Rite Of Spring.

Aaron Copland - Appalachian Spring.
