Got home early this morning and didn't feel much like riding after six plus hours on the bike yesterday followed by an eight hour drive. Decided on a short recovery ride up Johnson Hollow to see how far the road construction had progressed since last winter. Nasty saddle sore didn't help matters either and rode easy around the loop. Couldn't see any improvements in the road though they appear to have cleaned out the ditches pretty well. Stopped and chatted awhile with another local rider before continuing onward and upwards. Finished the ride by coasting the last few miles and don't think any recovery had occured. Not one of my better rides but with two great rides in this week I probably shouldn't complain.
