 Swamp Rabbit
Since the SRT has had the grand opening I decided to take the comfort bike to Cleveland Park and ride it to the north end of the trail and back. I knew that the trail still has about 2 miles that is not paved so I wanted to ride the comfort bike. it was 12.8 miles to the north end and over 25.5 mile round trip. They are still putting down asphalt north of Willard Street and I had to walk the bike down the ditch to get by it. It was a pretty good ride but coming back it started sprinkling in Travelers Rest about 10 miles out. I was afraid that I'd get caught in the rain before I got to the unpaved part of the trail, but the rain started just after I passed that part of the trail about 3 miles out. I got pretty wet but even so it was a good ride.
