Planned on riding at an easy pace to Dundee via Glenora aided by a south wind. Weather channel was off one hundred and eighty degrees as I rode into Watkins into a mild north wind. Changed to the northern route that puts the big climb in the first half of the ride. Legs felt strong again and had a good climb up Steuben. Having strong legs has been a rare occasion lately and abandoned the easy day and rode hard through Reading Center and hammered the downhill into Dundee coming in just under the hour wire. Kept the pressure on over the hill to Lakemont and pushed the big gear back to Watkins with a mild tailwind. Pulled into Watkins with the average over eighteen and was able to add a little bit more back to Montour. Another good day on the bike-Seventy degree weather really helps. Took a second ride to paint some marks for the hill time trials tomorrow. Got the top and bottom of the nasty Havana Glen and painted bottom lines on Skyline and New Corning with plans to get the tops of the two remaining tomorrow morning.
