 Rails to Trail
Sun was in and out today with a few raindrops here and there. A cold wind was blasting out of the north again. Upped my miles a little but still not feeling it. Rode the trail to Millport and had good spin but still unable to put out any decent power other than in short stretches. Wind wasn't too bad on the trail though as it is almost entirely in the woods. Saw one other rider out today as well as one jogger. Had a light frost this morning as well. Weather here in March was actually better than it has been here so far in May. Got a metric in Virginia coming up this weekend and was hoping to get healthy but can't see that happening with it being cold and wet four days out of five. Still had a good albeit slow day on the bike.
