Ride Description: W/Sue. Blue Loop. Nice easy ride. No Mud. There's new singletrack around an old eroded hill. Very nice! Sue rode my old Super V, Because her bike is in the shop for a tune up. After the ride Sue went kayaking with the kayak group.

Ride Description: 30 minutes after Sue left.
Green/Blue Trail, Connector to Emma Carlin. I didn't make the Green matted hill to the bench. There's a new singletrack section on the southbound Connector Trail that goes around that nasty loose rock down/up section. And boy is it cool! Very tough, it has a few tight technical switchbacks (down & up) A couple step downs (10" & 8") And the most insanely sick log ride on the outside down slope of a bench cut. Fall off to the left and you'll be rolling a while.
I was gassed at 8 miles but kept riding. Legs are still very weak.
Power lines? messed up HR monitor, it was Jan. 1 when I got back.
Ran 21.2 PSI in the Front & 23.3 in the back. Tires were great!
Total riding today: 30.26 miles. 4:11:30 Riding Time. 7.22 AVG. |
