Ken, Steve, and Don were on the Don Sutton Memorial Tour so it was up to the rest of us to carry on the Ice Cream Ride. I met Kimberly and Walter at the park. Walter grew a beard and I didn't recognize him at first. We took off wondering what we would run into at Falls Park with the Artisphere going on. We crossed the Reedy and climbed the hill to Falls Park and it was closed to bike traffic. We rode on up the hill and across a walk bridge to get to Augusta Street. We got back o the trail at Linky Stone Park and hustled on up a fairly busy trail. We stopped at the Creamery and I had a small peach/ vanilla twist. We went outside to eat when Amy pulled in. She had arrived late at the park and couldn't find a spot to park, so she drove to the Kroc Center and saw us pass but she couldn't catch us. The three of us had set a pretty good pace going north. While we were chatting Marcia pulled up and joined the conversation. We rode back down the trail but split up at Hudson. Amy went to the Kroc Center there. Walter went right to go home. Kimberly and I went right to get her back to Cleveland Park and for me to go home.
