Legs are starting to feel strong enough for some big chainring rides so headed to one of the best fast riding courses in the area. Sullivinville course has two good climbs but the rest of the course is downgrade. Not really steep enough to coast but enough of a grade that jamming the big gear allows for twenty some miles of high speed riding. Climb to Odessa went fairly well but still need to cut off another thirty seconds before I can feel I'm climbing well. Lack of wind made making up the time lost on the climb easy by my first timecheck at Alpine Junction. Second climb out of the junction didn't go as well but I tried to stay in the saddle to protect the legs for the speedwork to follow after the top of the climb. Road surface to Sullivinville on SR 13 still needs some work but kept the speeds up in the mid twenties with minimal weaving on and off the shoulder. Actually got up in the low thirties on some of the smoother sections of the road after passing into Chemung County. Picked up a little headwind back down SR14 and had to spin a few sections rather then hammer but still had a decent result. Another strong fun ride.
