 ICAR - Flat
I headed to ride the ICAR after work and was having a nice first lap when I heard "boink - pshweshweshwshewewshew!" The rear was down so I changed the inner tube, pumped it up, and rode back to the truck. I loaded the bike and headed to the Great Escape to get another inner tube and a patch kit. PJ sold me an extra heavy duty inner tube to put on the rear, but once I was home I couldn't get it on. I finally took the wheel back to the shop and the kid in there struggled with it but he put it on for me. I kept an eye on what he did that I did not so that I wouldn't have that problem again. Hopefully I'm ready to ride again. Flat tires was my main concern with buying a skinny tired road bike and having a flat on its 4th time out hasn't helped to dispel those fears!
