Went on a social ride today with a friend who wanted to ride if I took it easy on him. It was terribly easy to agree to as my body is so sore I had trouble getting on the bike. Legs are sore and back fells like I have a baseball lodged between some vital back structure parts. Still a beautiful day to ride with bright sunshine and practically no wind to speak of. Went up to Sullivinville again as it provides a good course for easy cruising once the hills are out of the way and shoulder is wide enough to ride two abreast in most places without having any adverse effects on auto traffic. So just rode easy and discussed and pondered the secrets of the world today as we easily cranked off some miles.
