 Side Roads
Pretty much repeated yesterday's ride. Rode the trail for eleven miles to cross the bridge into the farmland then turned off on Wilcox Neck. Instead of turning left on Sturgeon Point Rd., I went straight through today which dropped me back on the trail a little east of Charles City. Rode the trail back to Sturgeon Place and went up it today then turned back onto Wilcox Neck. Took a turn onto a dead-end road Eagles Nest. Turned out to be a good decision as it was a great road for riding. It was a series of rollers in mostly wooded terrain. Dropped back down to the trail and finished off the ride. Trail is getting repetitive, but side roads are providing some quality riding.
