I rode with the ROMP group today Joe and Karen were there from riding with them the week before my surgery. There were 10 of us from the Cafe and we picked up one or two more along the way. We stopped to eat on the rooftop at the Whistle Stop All-American Cafe. I had the chicken salad and met Alice who is deaf. I still sign a little so I sat with her and we chatted. When we left Alice had some chain problems that Joe worked on and I stayed for Debbie that was stuck in line for the restroom. We finally got going and dropped Debbie off at the Furman railroad car and we tootled back to the SRC. Good ride.
