Ride Description: Blue Loop & Connector Trail... Wow! Lots of new singletrack in the southern section of the Blue loop! The new trails (New signs called it Rainy Dew) cut out the last of the steep and/or rocky fall line hills, and the terminal mud hole section, it also cut out 1.5 to 2 miles. The new stuff would be better but it looks like they were ridden wet, and they "cupped" out a little bit.
Cross rutted on a fast downhill sand section and smacked my knee.
Getting bad chain suck when shifting to the 22-34, had to climb in a talller gear, but felt pretty good. I'll need to check into a new chain?
Rode the connector trail back with a cool guy on a singlespeed.

HR time includes 33 minutes of rest.
