 Burch Hill
Took yesterday off due to lack of interest in riding in the twenty plus mile an hour winds. Probably should have gone out and done hill work but am getting to lazy. Did get out today for an easy ride. Have a race in the morning in Borodino,NY so didn't want to strain the legs. Headed to Millport up SR 14 and went upthemild climb up Burch Hill to the middle road. Spun easy and felt pretty good which isn't unusual with a tailwind. Had a decent climb up Burch and good speed to Horseheads down Middle Road. Headwind back down SR 14 slowed me considerably and was actually faster up the climb than back down it. Not a bad day on the bike. Thought I would see some other riders out today but none were to be found.
