Still feeling under the weather and wind is still whipping as usual. Got the road bike back out for a short twenty mile ride. Legs felt good but aren't putting out their normal power so had another slow one. Did stay out of the saddle and climbed the small climb of the day in the big chainring. Pretty much shut it down after reaching the high point at fourteen miles and toured coasted the downhill section.
