 ICAR
After some errands around the house I headed to the ICAR to get in a ride. I really wanted to get 15 or 20 miles, but I only made 11. It was 90 degrees which is warm for a fat man on a bike and there was a very stout wind. I labored riding into it and sailed when it was at my back. I started at St. Francis Millennium and rode up to Whole Food Market parking lot then back to Laurens Road. Instead of doubling back from there I crossed Laurens Road and headed out Fairforest Way and by the USPS processing center where I work. I rode down to Christ Church High School and turned right and followed that to Mauldin Road. Then I doubled back and found my way back to St. Francis. I thought that I would make another lap just on the ICAR, but I was pretty worn out. I guess with it warmer out that I may need to ride and hour later to give the temperature a chance to calm down.
